Highlighting Horseshoe Casino’s Barrel-Aged Program was created by our very own Manager Jose Zendejas!  Jose has a long-time tenure in the gaming industry and has earned many accolades- including the Caesars Award of Excellence.  He started off with mastering craft cocktails, and now excels as one of our top leaders here at Horseshoe Casino. 

4 tables will be set, each with a barrel-aged cocktail, and hors d’oeuvres to pair with them. 

Barrel 1:

Jack Binion’s Old Fashion

                Bourbon, Orange Simple Syrup,  Trinity Bitters paired with Chocolate Truffle, Candied Orange Zest

Barrel 2:

Tequila Old Fashion

                Reposado Tequila, Orange Simple Syrup, Cherry Bitters paired with Mole Chicken Wing

Barrel 3:

Rum Old Fashion

                White Rum, Jamaican Bitters, Simple Syrup paired with Bacon Fat Popcorn, Candied Bacon, Watermelon Molasses

Barrel 4:

Barrel Aged Mai Tai paired with Coconut Shrimp, Mango-curry Aioli

                Spiced Rum, Lime, House Made Orgeat, Dark Rum served with 

Other Notes:

• The valet parking area will open to the attendees.  We will send over the parking map.
• No charge to guests
• Roulette and Blackjack will be offered as an instructional game
